The carpets are 100 percent better
Having worked in the carpet cleaning business for about 5 years; I
know carpet cleaning!
I had my carpets done by Super Steamer due to the fact that Stanley
Steemer couldn’t guarantee getting out the pet odors that were from
years of neglect in the new apt I and my spouse are currently moving
into.
Not only was my entire apt cleaned in record time but there is
literally no trace of animal odor or even a wet carpet smell in the
place. The carpets are 100 percent better and they are already 75 percent
dried and it’s only been perhaps 2 hours since finished!
I have never smelled such a clean carpet cleaning and like I said the
appearance is 100 percent better.

A week before Christmas I hired a well known carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets because Mr.Steamer was booked solid. What a mistake that was! The carpets looked like they were not even clean. I told the cleaner about all the spots that are in the carpets and he told me ” thats how it is. There is nothing I can do.”
I know for a fact that the carpets can look like new because 6 months prior we hired Mr.Steamer and the carpets looked amazing. I was so upset I called Mr.Steamer to schedule an appointment to re-clean my carpets.
I spoked to Luis and he informed me that he will re-clean the carpets “FREE” of charge!!! He was just as upset as I was and because we were a previous customer he wanted to make sure that our Christmas was not ruin because of the appearance of the carpets and out more money. He personally came over and cleaned the carpets a couple days later and the carpets looked and smell clean.
I must say that I’m very grateful and appreciative of Luis and Mr.Steamer. If anyone at Mr.Steamer is reading this, you have gained a life time customer. Thank you very much.

This business is excellent! MY dog peed in my living room, and it seemed that even though I spot cleaned, the smell remained along with a light stain from this along with all the other stains my family cause in our home. Not only were they able to arrange my appointment around my schedule, the customer service was excellent and the job was exceptional! My carpets look like new and they smell great! And, the price that was quoted was the one I got. I will definitely use Mr. Steamer for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Super Steamer Carpet Cleaner did an excellent job in my home. Not only did he clean the carpets, he cleaned the couches as well. Everything looked brand new and the prices are excellent
